Movie: Stan Tracey at the Bath International Festival 1986

Stan Tracey was one of Britain’s most popular jazz composers and arrangers, and an outstanding figure in the jazz world. His career spanned six decades of flourishing creativity. He was, and remains, a highly influential figure to generations of jazz musicians.

At the Bath Festival he leads fourteen of Britain’s most talented instrumentalists in ‘A Tribute to The Duke’, a concert of music composed and inspired by Duke Ellington.
